AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA -We offer Free Regular Postage when you purchase over $150.00 of products.

Australia Regular Post Rates:

Parcel Post:

Up to 500g- $8.95

501g - 3kg- $13.95

3kg - 5kg- $17.95

Australia Express Post Rates:

Express Post:

Up to 500g- $10.95

501g - 3kg- $15.95

3kg - 5kg- $ 24.95

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We aim to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible and usually ship within 1-3 business days.

For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 2-7 working days depending on what state and/or territory you live in.

Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave you a card in your letter box for pick up at your local post office.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from The Apothecary Store which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Please visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ to track your parcel.

For New Zealand customers, all prices on the website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian dollars.

Rates: Australia Post Realtime Rates depends on the weight of products.

Please note: Orders cannot be delivered to New Zealand PO BOX addresses.

DUTIES & TAXES

The Apothecary Store recommends that New Zealand customers purchasing online check with the New Zealand Customs Local Office before making a purchase, as you may incur New Zealand taxes and duties applied by customs when your order is delivered. Local taxes and/or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

For deliveries sent to New Zealand we use Australia Post Registered International Postal service. Shipping to New Zealand will take approximately 7-14 working days from order date. Delivery times are an approximate and relates to major capital cities. Delivery time may vary between regional and metro areas. 

A signature will be required when your order is delivered, so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, your parcel will be carded for pick up at your local post office.

North America & Middle East: Canada, United States of America,  United Arab Emirates 

Europe: Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Denmark, France

All International Orders are shipped via Australia Post International Registered Mail and requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping rates are based on weight and can viewed at the checkout. 

Most destinations world wide will be delivered within 5-10 working days. Remote destinations can take up to 15 working days.

The Apothecary Store cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows. Each shipment is different and will vary from country to country.

Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, there may be some countries or regions that we may be unable to ship to. Should this apply to your country you will be notified by e-mail and the credit card used to purchase will be refunded.

The Apothecary Store is not responsible for any customs or duties payable on shipments.

 

STOCK AVAILIBILTY

Unfortunately from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item/s you order are temporarily out of stock via email.

We will dispatch your order immediately when the out of stock items become available.
