Please note we do not offer refunds on any purchase.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase at The Apothecary Store we’ll gladly offer an exchange or a store credit only.

Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a store credit or exchange on items returned in non-sealed condition.

To be eligible for an exchange or a store credit at The Apothecary Store all items must be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact.

The Apothecary Store is not reasonable for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause, we recommend you thoroughly read the ingredients list on the product page on our website or on the products packaging in store to ensure the ingredients are safe for you. Please contact our customer care team if you require further information on any product/s before purchasing.

Please note we do not offer exchange or store credit on sale items.

 

Please ensure your return package has a valid tracking number and relevant insurance as The Apothecary Store will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Once you’ve provided the relevant returns information a member of the customer care team will be in touch to arrange your exchange or store credit.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your exchange or store credit is processed. Please note exchange can take up to 28 days to be processed.

 

Our Exchange Refunds and Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
