EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase at The Apothecary Store we’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund on all products returned to us within seven days of receipt, provided they’re returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. In this instance, the cost of shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-sealed condition.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund at The Apothecary Store all items must be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact.
The Apothecary Store is not reasonable for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause, we recommend you thoroughly read the ingredients list on the product page on our website or on the products packaging in store to ensure the ingredients are safe for you. Please contact our customer care team if you require further information on any product/s before purchasing.
ARRANGING YOUR EXCHANGE, REFUND OR RETURN
In the unfortunate circumstance that your item(s) arrive faulty, or aren’t what you ordered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with any relevant information and photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure your return package has a valid tracking number and relevant insurance as The Apothecary Store will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Once you’ve provided the relevant returns information a member of the customer care team will be in touch to arrange your refund or exchange.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your exchange or refund is processed. Please note refunds can take up to 28days to be processed.
