Return Policy

The Apothecary Store’s Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, simple due to change of mind.

For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used.

Exceptions: If you found you ordered the wrong product, please make sure you return it, in all of its original packaging and the product must be un-used. To obtain an Exchange on this product the item/s must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Postage and handling on returned goods will NOT be paid by The Apothecary Store unless goods are deemed by The Apothecary Store as faulty or not as ordered.  In this instance, postage will be incurred by The Apothecary Store.

Please email us at customercare@theapothecarystore.com.au to organise reply paid postage.

We recommend you to return your goods via registered postal services, as all return goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Apothecary Store.

The Apothecary Store will NOT take responsibility for lost or stolen returned goods.

The Apothecary Store will NOT accept returns or exchanges on discounted / Sale items.
